Swapping injectors to new manifold, what do I need?

Hi,

Just wanted to ask, I will be fitting a new inlet manifold in with my new engine in a couple of weeks. I will be transferring my current injectors over.

What is recommended to be changed over with them?

new set of injector rings?
set of seals rings?
set of cushion rings?

Or all of the above?

Please use this diagram as reference..items 2,3,15.

Maybe have a word with Stew at Spirit9. He can do injector cleaning for a decent price and will also replace the seals. Either way, you could get them cleaned or find out which seals should be replaced

Yeh I have considered doing that. But I would need another set to do that as the current Injector s are being used in my daily.

Unless spirit 9 can get hold of some for me or I can get a set quickly.

I may give them a ring tomorrow and see if it can be done....I must admit I would prefer to put a recon'd injectors in with the new engine. For optimum performance!!!!

Iv just had my injectors done by spirit9, ultrasonic cleaned with new seals and filters.
Highly recommended, came back in a much better condition than they went
