suspention set up

how do you set up after market suspension properly for your car, how do you work out if enough stroke, bound & rebound etc etc ... ie. cusco height & damper adjustable

apart from that option, not alot that will take on this over here due to liabilty , and that one that do charge a fortune , once i find out this i can set my car up to suit me then ya know , thanks thou :0
