Steering rack play


good thread, Im going to try this as I have lose/wolly feeling steering only have play left to right on one wheel tho :(


Is there a honda diagram online for this, also is this for all hondas or just ek9s ?

To tell you the truth mate I haven't had the time to do it! Had quite alot else going on lately. Will give it a go when I'm fitting my new discs and report back! :)
 
I did it,
Made no difference.
I also have th correct size ring spanner if anyone local to j12 m1 wants to borrow it. :nice:
 
my ek9 has very "light" steering, almost feels like it isn't connected to the road sometimes and I can't really tell what the wheels are doing.....I'm guessing a rack re tightening would perhaps fix this?

Um I sorted mine out buddy, turned out my bottom knuckle joint was loose!!! :angry2:
