hi guys...

anyone using ssr type c 15" 6.5 & 7 pcd 5x114.3 with +42 offset on ek9 or ek sedan?

how is the fitment? does it sticks out a bit?pic would be nice...

im using ssr type c in white atm. 15" 7 front and 15" 6.5 rear both are +42, but it sticks out juz a bit. i juz what to see the fitment on anyone's ek who is using it...i'll be taking some pictures of mine to show you all what i mean.btw my car is a ek/ej sedan.

Sounds perfect for an EK civic if you ask me. The offset of the wheel in relation to the hub woluld be pretty close to OE given the increase in width.

strange it should stick out, are you sure about the offset? What cross section are the tyres? What are the front and rear camber angles (hopefully its not +ve :)) )?
 
according to the sticker that comes with the wheels, the offsets are correct. but ive seen ek with offsets lower than 42,like regas or te37 with the same width (7 and 6.5), but it doesnt sticks out like mine..im using 195/55/15.. the cambers are a -ve, but its not that much.i have yet to se someone using same wheels as i am, so that i can compare mine.
 
Here are some Type C's in 16"x7" +42, 205 45 16 tyres (ty,Phunhaus). I wouldnt say they stuck out and I wouldnt say there was masses of -ve camber
