Spoon Head Gasket Or Standard ??

Hey Guys...

Just about to have my head and block bolted up and was wondering what would be better ???

Spoon 2pc Head gasket or Honda standard one with a head skim ???

i think the spoon would be a good idea but i think u still have to buy the standard head gasket to get all the fittings because u dont get them with the spoon one.
