hi every1 i was just wondering i am just about to get a spoon n1 bax box and a spoon b pipe for my ek9, i am not sure what this is like. is it worth getting and is it good??

is there anything better out there for the money?
 
i personally love my spoon system.
however, mugen is also regarded as a very capable/quiet system
 
my mate has the spoon cat back on his ek9. it looks and sounds awsume. and it made a big difference on performance to
 
Hi mate the spoon n1 + b pipe are awesome the only thing is when your on the motorway driving a like 3000-4,500 rpm it's very droney and boomey but from 6000rpm-the rev limit it sounds awesome
 
i love mine. good power and its sounds beauful!!

ah right then, well some good coments on the spoon system then i think i will definatly get it then just have to place my order, i do like the look of the n1 back box to it looks nice, hope it gives me better performance to,

i was just wondering i wanted a decat pipe to and i dont understand how this works because most of them come like 2.5 and the spoon b pipe is smaller than that, how does it fit.??
 
actually does anybody on here have any pics with the spoon n1 back box on there ek9, because i would like to see what is looks like on the ek9. i would be very gratefull if anybody could do this thanks.

I agree with vtec, spoon b pipe and n1 sound nice.... get the manifold also and it changes from nice, to v.agressive :)
 
thanks for the pic, and its getting ordered straight away it looks wicked not to in your face. it really does suit the car. yeah the manifold is the next thing i will get but havent got the money at the moment to get everything at once. but thanks anyway :thanks:
 
Sorry to thread jack but whats the actual diameter of the n1, is it 2.25" or 2.5"?

tho, iam now VERY confused with Spoon exh diameters... i baught the Spoon B-pipe & Street type back box for my ek4... long ago!

now recently baught a Spoon de-cat 2.25!

Do Spoon make both 2.5 & 2.25 exh systems...? or do they jst come @ 2.25 as i originally thought?

all my exh currently is 2.25 including cheap 4-1 ebay Mugen replica header which i want to swap... BUT all headers iam looking @ seem 2.5! (5Zigen, Vibrant...)

any one know for a fact if Spoon B-pipe IS 2.25 or 2.5!??? :nono:

yeah i am going to get it, i proberly get it by next month,

as for the size of the b pipe truthally i dont know what size it is, i think the diamator is 2.37" im sure thats what blinx told me but im not to sure, does anybody on here know what size the piping on the b pipe and the n1 bax box is for the ek9..?
 
Spoon exhausts(ek9 fittment) are offically 60.5mm which is closer to 2.5''

Goolash get the spoon n1 +b pipe for ek9 fittment and a ek9 decat or a JDM teg type r decat is the same as the ek9 decat :nice:
 
Spoon N1 Muff is one of the best performing/ Sounding muffs out there! Especially when the VTEC kicks in!!!
