Speakers not working

Hey,

I blew out my old speakers by playing music too loud so I ended up buying all 4 new speakers for my EJ9, plugged them all in and no sound came out of them at all.

I've tried only plugging the rear speakers in still no sound, tried only plugging the front and still no sound, The front passenger speaker makes a small *pop* when I turn on the radio but that's about it.

Checked the fuses and they all seem okay but I still replaced them and there's still no sound :/ any ideas?

Check with a multimeter to see if there is any current or voltage at the speaker terminals when playing music.

If not, then chase the wires back as may be a fuse in the head unit that is blown or even something internal.

Thanks mate, I think I need to replace the head unit cus I blew it out but it's so strange that the radio still turns on.
