spark plug

Guys, my car feels sluggish, sometimes have to crank a bit longer than usual. when climb the hill feels heavy...so is this a sign i need to change the plugs????...tell me its only the plug makes the car underpowered?
 
maybe a entire service?.. oil change helps it as well.. air filter..
