Hey guys my driver's side seat wobbles a little bit. It feels as though something is loose because it can move forward and back a couple of mm whereas the passenger side doesn't. Anyone know why this is? Could it be the rail or just need to tighten up some bolts?

Unlikely to be rail. But easy to check that anyway.
My money would be on the latch mechanism that holds the seat back and releases to allow passengers into the back.
This can wear over time, capital seating sell the parts that usually need replacing :)

if it's just the backrest it will be the plastic bushes that the rear access mechanism holds onto that have worn. they are a coupla quid and a 5 minute job to replace

Well i had a look at where the movement is coming from and its where the seat sits on the runners that allow you to slide the seat back and forth to adjust how far your feet are from the pedals.:S

Im interested in this too, as my passenger seat does the exact same thing. Not looked into it at the moment to try and find the source of the problem.

I had this and two of my chassis bolts were finger tight!

I had the same issues with my seat moving aswell there is little ball bearings in the rails and over time they wear out and fall out, it's hard to spot this bit I took all the seat and rails apart just to see this!

I have a similar problem to this also. When cornering the backrest moves from side to side also resulting in a nice clunking sound from time to time. Looks like it may be the plastic bushes after reading what Gorbash12346 posted. Time for a strip down.
