skunk pro cams

Hi guys.. after some help...
I have a crx sir with ek9 engine and standalone management system running 220bhp.. (all work done by henry (aka the_kat))
BUT,, for everyday use, im wanting to change the skunk pro series cams and springs for standard ek9 ones..

Does anyone have any pointers for this??
or how much the skunk pro cams and springs might be worth?
(they have only done approx 3000 miles)

I cant post on the classified section it seems.. have the rules changed on here??
