Has anyone had problems with simauto?

I ordered a good list of parts, some have turned up but not all and now no replies....
 
I asked to buy a blank key. Got told they would send me a paypal invoice to pay for it. Never received this so i didnt bother.
Havent heard anything since.

Anyone heard anything from them/him i paid for a list of stuff on the 30th of january, last i heard the parts were stuck in customs

Lucky for me i wasnt in desperate need for the bits but its getting closer to my car coming back out and im limited due to this

Folks ive had a few issues with parts coming in, but ive replied to all PM's and have refunded any parts that you haven't recieved.
 
Hi, pm'd you in regards to an item I bought but I haven't received a reply. I understand that you've have some trouble recently with stock but I need an update on what's happening with my order.
 
Hi Ek mo. I've replied to your pm. I sent the wrong part out by mistake and the correct part will be sent today. But today was the first time I've been online since yesterday morning so I'm only reading your pm now.
 
Awesome :nice: Just for the records, I've used simauto many times in the past when I had my Jordan and always received great service. Mistakes happen.
