securing a rattly bonnet

i have top fuel carbon bonnet on my ek9 and is secured by pins but it rattles so much that i can feel it in the dash.

Is there anyway i could get a tighter fit or use seals on the pins or something so to stop it vibrating

vibrates dash? what kind of engine mounts do you have?

i know the engine mounts are uprated as i was told by the chap who put my car through sva test but i dont think theyre a problem.

when i fully open the bonnet on its stand the vibration is gone in the dash so i guess i'll try some rubber washers to start of with

good luck, i do know that stiffer rear mounts do tend to vibrate the dash area... keep us updated on what happens...
