im not flaming on NOONE at all and no im not mad. but if sumone asks a ? weather or not they did any research at all, what is the purpose of tellin them to try using the search button. maybe they did research but didnt find the right answer they were looking for. i myself posted about the registration of a rhd and i have dont quite a bit of research and i also posted it on zilvia.net and i was told to use the search button. i wanted to hear what people have done from there mouths. not a 5 yr old post. anyone else have a little input on this so called search button

Yes, a lot of the time people start new threads without using the google search function on the forum page and its annoying having to pm users all the time explaining to them that the topic they have raised has been covered before and the answers to thier questions i usually find within 30 seconds by using the google search function.

Sometimes its lazyness or people just arent thinking but whenever i delete any thread for this reason the user gets a pm straight away advising them of why this action was carried out and point them in the right direction. Threads are only deleted for this reason when i have checked myself and have proof that the topic/question was been covered/raised before.

This is done to keep the forum as clean and tidy as possible

oh yea i understand the frustration, i just think noone should reply at all and the topic should be closed. there should be nothing so they think no one knows n e thing about it and there just kept wondering if someone will reply to there thread lol. and nice to meet you gav ive seen your name come up alot and i think this is the first post you have put on n e of my threads so its a pleasure.

Yeah understand what your saying mate, usually people will say "re-post" or something or in some cases post a link to the original thread to help the user out. The mods cant be on here 24 hours a day so hence sometimes a thread like that will be up for a short while before its dealt with.
