I only have problems when changing gears to 5th gear quickly there is like a grinding but by changing gear to 5th gear slowly it doesn't have problems.

What shoukd be the problem on this one? Anyone?

when was the last time you changed your MTF? That's weird that 5th gear syncros would go out since there usually is not too much 5th gear slamming, at least not on my car. Did some happen lately like letting out the clutch with out it being fully in gear?
 
it could be the 5th gear syncro, times caused by driving in 5th gear with your hand resting on the gear stick!?

something as easy as taking your hand of the gear stick can save so many problems... i'd say not alot of people no this
