rust removal in ireland?

hey,
was wondering does anyone know a good place in ireland that would get a bit of rust off my car. i dont trust some of the guys i know lol, want it done right :))
and also if anyone waxoyls civics nearby too :thanks:
 
mate a mine here in donegal builds civics all the time, does top work ?
 
Where abouts is the rust? Once its not the arches im sure you could nearly give ita go yourself!
 
theres not much.some on the left fender just above the bumper and a bit on the boot right under the rubber thats around the window. thinking of giving it a go, bought a colour pen set yoke from halfords an all but dont want to do a rubbish job:nerv: and i dont know whether the rubber should be taken off before going at the boot.
