Ok so I think I might have to be running a staggered setup because I have 15x6.5 wheels now, but I’m going to be replacing two of the wheels with the same wheel but 15x7. Think there the same offset too.

What will this do in terms of handling?

Will this give more understeer?

Where are you planning to run the wider wheels? Front or Back?

I was planning to run the 7j on the fronts and 6.5's on the back.

Im currently running 195's on the 6.5j. Would you recommend 205's for the 7j's ?

^run the 7j at the front, i dont know what compeles ppl to put wider wheels at the back of a FWD car..i run 16x8 +38 enkei rpf1's all round and it feels alot steadier than 6.5/7j wheels i had on b4. assuming u have decent suspension and tyres to go well with it...

I have a civic/dc2 REV SPEED magazine somewhere at home, which has a feature on staggering wheels....
They do some pretty serious/thorough testing at a track in Japan, with a professional driver, and a moderately track prep'd EK9 and DC2.
They try a bunch of set ups, from about 15x6.5 all the way up to 17x7 (if I remember correctly..)
Anyway, basically, the bigger they went, the faster the lap times got, and not only that, but the staggered setups were all the fastest. It seemed to leave no doubt in mind that these setups are the best.
I think people sometimes do not like them because they are 'odd', not because they do not work....
I am not sure how much power you need/how sorted your suspension needs to be, before these setups start to make a noticable difference, though, but the lap times in the test I read, were really significantly different...like, half a second, or almost a second from the slower laps to the faster ones.....
