Thought I'd finally start a build thread on here, as I have a bit of free time. I've been a member for a fair few months now, but never actually posted. I'm most active on CivicLife..

I bought her back in November 2010 with 42,000 miles on the clock, FSH etc! This is the progress I've made so far.. Comments and criticisms welcome

Thank you dude! Pretty sure the FD on the non-LSD boxes is 4.4..

Need a new gearbox in all honesty, picked it up cheap and it crunches into 3rd

Yeah, we got stuck on the M25 for 3 hours on the way up

Did you use Hammerite Silver?

Yeah, I used Hammerite Smooth Silver. Holding up fine so far and I've done nearly 1000 miles!

I did the following:
1. Wire wheel
2. Degreaser and/or Brake cleaner
3. Made sure it was properly clean
4. Few coats of silver Hammerite
