Rim Size for my set up

All,
I need some advise for my EJ. I have the engine converted to B18CR with EK9 knuckle (5lug).
I would like to know what is the best offset for both 15" and 16". My car is use for daily drive and not for track. Height set up would be just like stock and not lowered.

i think if you are happy with your brake performance then a lightweight 15x7 wheel will be ideal.
tires are also cheaper for 15'' wheels and i believe that they look great on civic.
 
Thanks for the input. I have really decided but very likely I may try out 16" since it has been 15" in the past or all these while.
So can someone tell me about the right off set for 15" & 16"?

Dimension Offset
15 X 5.5
15 X 6.5
15 X 7

16 X 7
16 X 7.5
 
i think 7 ''stretch'' the tire more and can use wider tires like 205 or more and make them suit better to tyre.

that makes car handle better and gives safe feel when cornering fast i felt that when i change from 205 15x7 to 195 15x6,5
