Right Offset for TE37/CP035's

I have an EK9 and just wanted to know what's the right offset and rim width for 15's with the aforementioned rims on an EK9...Please list if any the pros and cons to each!
The Volks are available in:-
15 by 6 +45
15 by 6.5 +39, +45
15 by 7 +35, +43

The Sprint Hart are available in:-
15-6.0J +42 / +45
15-6.5J +45
15-7.0J +34/+35
15-7.5J +40

First of all, do you plan using bigger brakes?
