Hey Guys,

I was wondering if you could help me with something that just happened to me last night if its not too much to ask.

Last night I was working on my Hatch 97. I put like 1 years ago the SIR Ek4 JDM Cluster and has been working fine perfectly, But yesterday for no reason I took apart the cluster to clean it up a bit and when I put everything back in the Revs tachometer stopped working. At the beginning the needle started jumping like crazy so one of my buddies told me how to calibrate the needle.

DONE.

Once that was done everytime I put ignition the needle jumps from 0 to 100 Revs which is pretty much the line that comes after that one in zero. Less than 2 millimeters but the needle dont go while I hit the throttle It just remains in the same position and tries to go backwards so instead of goin up it goes a bit low like going back to 0 and if I turn off the car it goes back to 0 like it normally does.

Any possible rookie stuff that I might be missing?

I attached the video to get a better description.

How did you calibrate de needle?
Check the harnes/plugs off the cluster for a loose or split wire.
