Resprays and damage fixing in Glasgow

Well last night a lorry pulled out into the outside lane, while I was overtaking it and pushed me into the barrier :'( . So the car got a bit of damage. Anyone know a good and quick place in Glasgow where they could sort it? Needing a respray and the arches need sorted and there's a dent in the door aswell...

Would also like to know about half decent body shops around here that dont take the piss with price as I am wanting my arches done and considering a full spray too!

How bad is the damage? As long as it wasnt serious and your ok!

i know.. considering doing a full respray. but ill see cost etc...

just more scrapping with dents on the arches.. not as bad as when i saw it on the motorway.. just a huge scrap from the front arch to the rear arch.. on the drivers side.. im more pissed off that the lorry came into the outside lane (which im sure they arent allowed to go when its a 3 lane motorway) and didnt see me.. :/

costs for a respray are the only thing stopping me can get a cheapish one but unsure how good it would be..

thats not good :/ well it sounds like its not the worst! Yeah they are not allowed on the outside lane of a 3 lane motorway I am sure only the inside and middle if overtaking. They think they rule the road

sorry to hear man! I had a very bad experience too.. kind of similar, he was on the 3rd lane and went into the second lane without looking.. and BAM, hits my rear right.. i spin out.. car now scrapped into a little tin box! Sorry to hear your car is damaged and i hope you sort out the damage as soon as possible.. yeah it kinda sucks that you didnt get his reg but everything is an experience! Glad you're ok it could have been alot worse!

I'm kinda looking at some places for a full respray too. But man that's unlucky Fiona. I know how you feel, only thing it happened to my ej9. You were there actually when we were replacing the door n wing lol

Folk would usually say go to imy, but his is quite extortionate plus I seen a recent paint job on a mates car and it was okish. There's loads of body shops out there. And I wouldn't rule any of them out. Clyde repair centre looks half decent. But again never used them. You'll need to look into their work.

My friend's old delivery driver owns a place in kirky in fact that does coach work, his name is chick iirc. He done a good job of my mate's golf wing mirror when it got smashed. Not sure what the company was callee but I can find out for you
