Hi All,

Well my car was broken in, 3 days ago in the morning while I was in work.

Drivers door lock is gone, door handle is busted, ignition switch block is busted, and clifford led is ripped but otherwise its grand, I was able to put ignition switch back together and get it started. Fortunately they weren't smart enough to start slicing wires on my alarm so all the wires intact and the only damage is to the locks.

Anyway my question is, I want to replace all the locks, ignition switch, door locks and boot lock.

Does Honda sale the whole lock set or do I have to piece it myself and then get locks to fit the key?

Can anyone who went through the same experience advise me on how to go about this ?

Thanks

honda probably sell you new locks and a key but im not sure what it would cost, it might be cheaper to go to a breakers yard and get all the locks and key from a civic there

best bet would be getting used locks from a ek civic thats up for wrecking (breaking)
use one key for ignition and the other key for the locks.

it's cheaper this way then to replace all locks from honda (from previous experience door locks are easy to change, but the steering column/ignition barrel) is a complete nut breaker(honda use weird one way bolts)

kenny
