removing trim from front windows/doors

hi
im trying to remove the trim at the bottom of the driver and passenger windows but am having abit of difficulty, can any help please? do i have to remove the side mirrors to get these off?

use a straight tip screw driver to lift it a bit. then with steady moves pull the rest up. some clips might brake thought.
