Removing the backseats

Hi Guys,

I may think about removing the back seats in my ek9, all i want to know is how easy is it to get hold of the thin "car carpet" so that i could cover up all of the bare metal when/if i do remove them.

I know adding carpet is adding weight but i hate the bear metal!

If you mean remove the back/trunk carpet off the back seat...it is easy but the hard thing will be put the carpet back into the back seat

i think he just means getting hold of a thin piece of carpet to match the trunk carpet to cover where the seats attach..not take the carpet from the back seat.

not sure how much they weigh but they're heavier than a piece of carpet!
