Rails Provisionally sold!!!

Item for sale: DC5 Red Recaros

Price: £550....Just the seats.

Location:Stroud, Gloucestershire. I will NOT post these. Collection only

Condition: Very good. A slight blackish stain on the passenger side seat about the size of a 20p if that!! Bolster creases on the drivers side seat but nothing major at all

Description: I have just returned from my training trip in Thailand and have decided i wanted my big bike license now so the only way i could afford this is by selling my pride and joys The seats are VERY comfy and feel like they support you well.

Those seats look gorgous, not to mention the car itself. If only I had the cash I'd only have to come down the m5 to collect as I'm in Worcester. Good luck with the sale.

Yes mate and i think to most other recaros too.

I would also be interested in just the rails (but it looks like I'm in a long queue), if you are putting the car back to standard I have a pair of EK9 recaros with rails in excellent conditions I could work into the deal.

Hi guys im afraid the rails have provisionally sold! If for any reason the sale falls through then i will let you all know. Seats are being reduced to £550 as the bolster crease on the drivers is a bit more than i thought but still not bad by any means

Price seems fine. The trouble is that selling them on the EK9 forum you're kind of 'preaching to the choir', the majority of people already have Recaro's and the people looking for Recaro's on here will probably be looking for EK9 ones.

Have you tried CivicLife and eBay?

Yea i thought that might of been the case but some people prefer these to ek9/dc2 ones. I have got it on CL too but that site seems so quite these days. I think i might just try ebay then. Thanks mate

Overall the seats are still in a very good condition and bolsters are still very good condition considering how long i have owned them. Still very supportive and no sagging anywhere.
