Hi guys, advertising this on behalf of a friend here, sure all the Scottish boys will recognize the car. I'll be honest, I really didn't like MX5's until I went out I had a go of this, really enjoyed it though.

Item for sale: Red 1995 1.8 MX5 Fast Road/ Track Car

Price: £1900

Location: Glasgow

Description:

I'm selling my 1995 Eunos. Some people may recognise the car. I bought it off of Steve Bloxham of Goodwood Sportscars in January this year. It was sold as an S-Special. It has the later 133bhp engine with lightened flywheel and shorter ratio Type 2 Torsen LSD. It is a very solid car having had the small amount of rust on the rear sills sorted and the car has been undersealed.
During my ownership i have replaced the front callipers with reconditioned callipers which have a years warranty on them. At the same time i replaced the front discs and pads. The rears are still in good condition. I also replaced the CAS sensor O-Ring which is a common fault when the seal gets old and cracks, while doing this i also replaced the Block to Heater matrix hose to prevent it failing due to oil from the O-Ring dripping onto it and bursting the hose.

I changed the suspension as one of the Konis was burst and replaced it with TA Teknics. I know there is not much love for them but having used them, and they come with a 3 year warranty, they are alot better than i expected and i use the car everyday.

I also put two brand new Toyo T1-Rs on the front and the rears have loads of meat left in them. The car has a TRLane GPD rollbar and a Garage Vary PU Front lip. The softtop is in excellent condition with no leaks, or damage except from slight rubbing on the rear window when it has been down.

The spare wheel, jack and tyre iron are also included just not in the boot for photo.

The Car was last serviced by Steve before i bought the car and has been checked regularly by myself.

The bad bits:
The paint is good and polishes up brilliantly but someone has touched the stonechips up rather badly and there are a few small scuffs due to life. It has never really bothered me as it is such a brilliant car in all other aspects and is great fun to drive but if you are wanting a show car it will need a respray. Considering it is an 18 year old car and is still original paint i think is pretty good.

I am putting the car up for £2000. I know this is quite high but if you are not wanting the roll bar or lip i can remove them and lower the price.
Any Questions feel free to ask, PM or call or text on 07837447040

The Headunit and Chicken will not be included in the sale although i will put another headunit in.
