Be careful swapping between nissin (honda) and lucas (mg rover) parts. There are subtle differences, the lucas pistons are about 3mm longer for instance and lucas pistons in a nissin calipers will not open wide enough for new pads. You can run a complete caliper though.

I've a box of random bits from doing my Jordan brakes, I bought a second set of calipers to refurbish, one was a nissin and one a lucas. They both work and are equivalent, their component parts are not the same though. Seals are probably interchangeable, but the lucas pistons were longer the bleed nipples and possibly banjo bolts were a different thread pitch, the spring clips were different too!
 
I had a lucas rear caliper that I got from the motor factors ages ago and the location spuds for the brake line was in a different place still fitted but wasn't great
 
Raging was rebuilding the calipers today and spilt one of the dust covers so I'm hoping the company I got the kit off can sell me one of them other one went together lovely
 
Got new dust cover seal from bigg red brake company free of charge so easy to do and would highly recommend them
