got a constant hum coming from the drivers side wheel at the moment and i assume it could be the bearing although i just had it MOT'd and the bearings didnt show up as a problem? could it need replacing anyways?

and is it the same as the EK4 or DC2 etc?
assuming its gonna be expensive???

lol...theres always 1 aint there.lol ;)

ye mate i got a 97 EK9.

you need a 5 stud wheel bearing, they are bloddy expensive, is it front or rear? i just paid £185 for one for the rear, also make sure it has the ABS ring on it

rear..so have seen them as quite expensive.but found them cheaper at around £125 i think.

are they the same as the EK4 and dc2 etc though?

ek4 will be 4 stud and ek9 will be 5 stud, if you need a 4 stud one then i have a brand new one that i bought by mistake.
