Can anyone tell me if the rear lights of a facelift ek4 will fit my pre facelift ek9?

Cheers mate would I be able to wire a fog light in to them as I don't have a rear fog at the moment?

I didn't think the ek9 lights came with a fog lamp, are the ek9 and ek4 lights different? I need to wire a gig lamp up too but don't want it hanging at the bottom of the bumper
