rear brake problem!!!


went to another mechanic today and he said that it could be a hand brake cable which is stuck.
but bleeding helped the pedal but if the disc had warped would it be visible?

i dont have many tools hence why the mechanics are controlling my progress
 
what should be the main points to check or see if your disc or disks have been warped?

would you have to completely remove the disc?
should one section of the disc be hotter then the rest?

any info would help alot
