Data Systems R-Spec VTEC Controller with an OBD2a plug and play harness so it plugs straight into the ECU without the need for cutting/splicing wires. Its in excellent condition and comes with the original instruction/operating manual. It lights up amber and so matches the ITR cluster/heater controls.
Allows the user to choose their own VTEC cross over point or else it can be left on Normal mode and the VTEC cuts in as normal. It removes the speed limiter on JDM cars without the need to fit anything else to the gearbox/speedo. It also comes with mounting bracket and back plate piece.
This fits pre-facelift EK9 and all DC2 ITRs, plus all EK4 VTi/SiR Civics.
I have one in my own car and i use it for upping the VTEC point as i have a spoon ECU with a 4800rpm VTEC cross over and so if i'm cruising on motorway or where ever i dont want the VTEC coming in so i set it higher up the rev range.
These are getting rare and hard to find now as they havent been made in quite some time.
