Question about crx...

Wasnt sure where to post this...my friends got an 87 crx si. And were not sure whether parts from an 88 model or later are swappable into his...any one know? Thanks.

like what parts ? There are not a lot of interchangeable parts between the 1st Generation CRX (1984-1987) and the Second Generation CRX (1988 and later); the engine, transmission, suspension and body are different. Some brake parts and most fasteners are interchangeable.

Mainly suspension. Hes having a hard time finding parts for his crx. Most parts are for 2nd gen.
