Well I finally got fed up of swapping my reversing light for my lower tail light in order to make a fog light for MOT and bad weather days so here’s my solution:

Grab a dual filament bulb holder I got mine from here
Bulb Holder BAY15D Straight Cable Exit (BH0014) - PAIR

These will take standard brake/tail light bulbs that have two filaments and a bayonet fitting.

Your have to work out which one of the black or red wires will be your high or low filament in your bulb in my case one of the blacks was my (high beam)fog light and the red my tail light.

If you have an EK9 imported by Duncan you will recognise these wires and all ready have a 12v switch supply fitted.

No more odd tail lights when the fog light is fitted and two working reversing lights.

Fog light

Didn’t take me long at all just cut and solder 3 wires and done :) hope someone finds this useful.

Just one done for now to show you the difference in lighting its quite easy to run the 12v switched supply across to the otherside and have two foglights.

Did the same on mine except I used a dual filament bulb holder from the brake light on a UK spec cluster I nought 2nd hand. Used bullet connectors so it can be changed back if needs be.

I left it on the driver's side only as it then looks more obvious it's the fog light come MOT time :nice:

Yeah that had been my original plan a Honda bulb holder will probably lock in better but it worked out easier for me to just buy some generic ones in the end. Just thought I'd post up to show how simple it is. Glad others have thought the same.

Just what I was looking for!
Do they ship overseas?
Wait, is there any visual difference between these and OE Honda bulb holder?

Brilliant, will become useful when I get my facelift lights and wanna do the EK setup. Cheers!

I'm looking at this pic and is item #4 the dual fitment holder?

Sorry I havent replied guys I havent had any notifications for some reason.

My bulb holder is just a bayonett fitting so its not the same as OEM I just got a bulb that would fit.

As BL!tz suggests if you wanted you could used a bulb holder from a honda breakers either the UK fog light or a breaklight holder so you can use the same bulb as OEM which was my original plan it just happened to be easier for me to get hold of the one I linked.

Jovone: It would only be the single top piece of item 4 you actually need the socket that holds bulb #14
