Hello

This is my build thread to my 1996 honda civic which I have owned now for a year. Since buying the car I couldn't help my self but spend spend spend so here are a few picture how it's coming along

haven't been on here in a while but ive got a lot of updates to do. 1st of all ive done a lot of thinking on what engine transplant to do I toyed with the idea of going k series b series and maybe turbo. I had a b16 lying there and thought to just rebuild that but that's to boring and straight forward. I wanted something with a bit more power for a reasonable budget so I read up about a how a team in japan retrofitted a engine together and was called the Frankenstein conversion using a b20 bottom end so I wanted in on this. So I began on doing research in what's needed and what's best to use, I found a thread on here which helped a lot as he tells you what to do step by step. Searching the net I found a b20b going cheap so I jumped on the opportunity and that was that im going for a b20 vtec conversion using a b16 head I got out of my late vtis

Bit of an update, I'm going full steam ahead with the B20 vtec build. Buying parts left right and center my wallets taking a bit off a beating but it will be all worth it in the end. I'm waiting on the golden eagle vtec kit in the post should be here before the end of the week as its been shipped from the states fingers crossed no import tax. Next part ordered is a exedy light weight flywheel and will post pictures on arrival.
