Profile picture?


click on user CP at the top grey menu, then down the left hand side below settings and options there is an option to edit avatar. Click on that and it should give you an option to either upload a picture from your computer or insert a link from the web. Follow either method through and you should have changed your avatar! HTH
 
But beware you can only use small sized kb pictures. Can be fiddly to get what you want.

Photobucket and some image hosting sites give the option to resize a picture into avatar size.
