Problem with car over reving

Me mate has a problem when he starts the car it's over reving but when he knock it off and starts it again its ok ......any help
 
Iacv needs replacing or to be cleaned mate, or else it could be the auto choke not is stuck in the open pos when u shut the car off and on it prob closes maybe try the 2 of them first let's us know how he gets on! :)

Good man thanks..... I was thinking it was the iacv il give the two of them a go it a go and ill let you no.
