I have a Samsung galaxy s1, as far i i knew it was locked to meteor. But last nite i tried an o2 Vodafone and 3 sims cards in it. All got signal and could make and receive call but the internet won't work on any of them only my meteor one.
Done the same with my brothers phone which we though was locked to but he got everything work on his his is an Samsung galaxy ace. Any help would be appreciated.

only thing i can think of is that its mabye not a 3g sim card, but if it is then im stumped :/

Maybe you need to change the Internet settings so it's not like an O2 trying to log on online with meteor Settings?

There will be carrier specific settings like username and pw

Think of it like getting a new broadband provider but not changing your log in details, it'll still be trying to dial into the old server.

Now what those settings 'should' be is gonna be the tricky part. Have you any mates with other networks that you could compare? If not you'll need to contact your new carrier for their settings

Usually you can setup internet settings through Android or on the networks website they'll have recommendations on what your internet settings should be.
