Does anyone here have a contact number for accessory zone as they dont like answering my emails
 
i cant believe they are still getting away with this :'( have you tried emailing them and pm'ing them ?
 
Hi Paul, says thats an incorrect number.

At first AZ was great, long story short I needed to send the HID's back to which they havnt received them. So I filed a claims form with the royal mail.
Royal mail then contacted AZ to verify the loss only for AZ to not bother replying.

Therefore im now not sure if the claim can go ahead
 
not again . as said before i would never deal with them again after the hassle me and mates have had with them . alan has changed his number also i can only presume this is due to everyone calling him complaining and now they dont answer emails etc . comapny should be stopped from tradeing
 
They are a complete nightmare to deal with. They stopped replying to my emails but a paypal dispute seemed to have got their attention. Hope the problem gets sorted bud
 
Sad to see this as I have also been in the same position with AZ and it is very frustrating!! I always make sure that I can contact a company by phone after dealing with AZ and not being able to contact them.

I would have bought more parts off them if they were more reliable but I would not take the risk. Their buisness had potential too if it was run properly
 
well im glad ive just read this as i was close to ordering a asr aoll bar. wont bother now.:(
 
In the passed they have done a few group buys, and had positive feedback on here and on civiclife.net. However i think they have got sloppy i recent months and don't give a toss about there customers. I sent them 2 messages in the passed 2 weeks regarding H.I.D's as they are selling them pretty cheap on there site, they still have not got back to me. Might just purchase some else where.
