So I finally received my Hasport 70A motor mounts and I was appalled at how brutally bad my old innovative mounts were. They went bad in less than a year because I honestly think the 62A can't harness my POWA. I also painted the valve cover in wrinkle black until I can buy some wrinkle red to bring it back to it's old glory. I even went as far as to paint the header heat shield as well. My car has a lot of rust and I'm slowly sandblasting and painting pieces to restore them to their old glory. And now the pics:

For those of you who don't know it starts off like this:

about an hour into the process of drying it started to do this:

and this was the almost finished product about 3 hours later. The paint won't cure for up to 48 hours but installing it and driving with it on will speed up the process. The only downside is you'll get fumes while driving.

this is the finished product of painting the exhaust shield and installing the new mounts...

Yes I am going to remove the paint from the lettering on the valve cover. I dabbed wax on all the letters so when the paint finishes drying I'll wipe it off.

On a side note the 70A mounts are amazing. It doesn't vibrate the crap out of my car and the handling difference is incredible. Shifting is easier and there is no more slamming of the motor while shifting. The power feels like it's finally being put to the wheels instead of the mounts.

"value" instead of "valve"....even if it was unintentional it was pretty funny.
