Over tightened nut on rocker cover :(

I was putting the rocker cover back on my VTi Civic but over tightened the last nut.

It was a nut below the spark plug cover and the stud (?) that comes from the head, slightly broke due to this.

Can these be removed with 10mm socket or is it a case of having to drill it out?

If you have just snaped the M6 part of the top of the blot then you should be able to just replace the cam carrier bolt. 12mm I think.

As per above. You can remove the larger base part.

Will come out.... I've broken a few myself, they're buggers for snapping for some reason!

No fear though, 12mm bolt as said above IIRC!

So basically I go into a Honda delaership and ask for a cam carrier bolt for a b16a2?

It's just a stud so it should wind out and be replaced..no problem
