Im not to honda ownership and have just bought an ek4 vti, when i bought the car it came with ohlins coilovers from a dc2 type r on the front and a 30mm lowering kit on the back i have just replaced the full lot with a avo coilover kit, after speaking to my friend he mentioned that ohlins coilovers are quite rare. im wondering how much they are worth. please see picture bellow:

They are 32 way damper adjustable and would abviously be cleaned up before sale.

Thanks in advance.

Indeed these are pretty rare especially on the second hand market-since brand new these can cost pretty much!

I've sent from a Spoon Sports Suspension set, to a Skunk2 Set, and finally now to Ohlins Damper Fully Adjustable-and by far-out performs those that i have used, or those of other that friends have.

The handling and steering response from them is superior, and the confidence they provide in fast road handling is absolutely fantastic-whilst ride comfort is not comprimised at the same time since the damper can be adjusted in the space of seconds.

i would truely recommend you keeping them as it would probably be the best thing you would have.

I've heard also, that Ohlins provides suspensions-but never give away for free-even on sponsorship levels-that must be saying something about their products....

I would keep them if i could get a rear set but as your said to get a set on the second hand market is impossible, also i dont like the feeling of running two different coilovers front and back so thats why i went for a full set of avos.

Im really looking to get a price as i dont want to ask silly money for them and rip someone off but on the other hand i dont want to get ripped off myself.

When you get a price in mind let me know as id be interested in these.
