The GSR manifold iirc has dual runners like R883 said. One of them is square and the other is circular with butterflies to suit running conditions at low RPM and high RPM with respect to movement of air.
It might actually make sense to use the 18C4/18C1 (in USA) cylinder head and intake manifold for the 16A since the combustion chamber is smaller = higher compression while resisting detonation and the dual runner manifold would help boost the lack of torque in the 16A....
