Why some people use b16 or b18 intake manifold upside down ?

Could you tell me if you know what is the main different about b16 and b18c4 intake manifold ? can I fit b16c4 intake manifold on my b16 engine ?

The GSR manifold iirc has dual runners like R883 said. One of them is square and the other is circular with butterflies to suit running conditions at low RPM and high RPM with respect to movement of air.

Just buy an aftermarket manifold.

you cannot fit this manifold to your 16A engine.

It might actually make sense to use the 18C4/18C1 (in USA) cylinder head and intake manifold for the 16A since the combustion chamber is smaller = higher compression while resisting detonation and the dual runner manifold would help boost the lack of torque in the 16A....

But I'm just talking nonsense...
