OBD2 Port Plug in Meter?!

Hey whats up guys... Anybody ever here about the MSD dash hawk? I want to keep tabs on my readings and my rpms are off on my tach (messed up 99/00 Si cluster). I dont want to spend lots of money on a stand alone or hondata... i dont trust cigarette lighter meters (gmeters hahahaha)... The one that plugs into the obd2 port look promising but do they work on our cars.... 1996 Honda Hatch CX (canadian)... Thanks everyone

you dont have an obd2 port on your car. Civic's didn't get these until 2001.

the diagnostic port is not the one used with such a device? So there are two ports in 2001 and on cars?

if i'm correct there should be a port right by the fuses if you look on the bottom. its a pluggin port which i think it is for the obd

Yeah that's the one I get my codes from; the smog guy plugs into as well.... the gauges that work off of these plugs don't read that one err what? Guy up there confused me when he said that cars don't get that untill 2001! There are two ports on 2001+ civics!?

Just going on what I have seen. The uk cars dont have an obd2 port until after 2001.
