o2 sensors connection HELP !

Hey honda buddies..
Im new here.. & im desperately in need of help..

Engine - b16b type r
ECU - PCT 003
Vehicle - del sol

PROBLEM #1

Basically my engine redlines at 6800-7k rpm full throttle...
When i should be expecting 8k+..?

Check engine light is ON✔✔

And what i noticed is that both my o2 sensors are disconnected

Primary (white wire)
Secondary 4 wires (2black,1white & 1green)

PROBLEM #2

There no actual connectors/plugs on the main harness :( NONE

So im desperately asking if all the wires go back to the ECU or which wire goes where

All help will be greatly appreciated..

B16b only uses 1 02 sensor, what loom you use?

Im not sure what loom the car has.. i bought the car like this..

Update...

I ripped a piece of tape off the loom beneath the intake mani. And luckily, i found 4 strayed wires ( matching colour codes with the secondary o2 sensor.

WIRES
Black - white stripe
Black - yellow stripe
Green
White


Unfortunately im not a
Sure if these wires work
& im still missing a single white wire for the primary o2...

Or can i connect both o2 sensor's white wire together.?

Plz help!!!
 
Bdw i have a extractor exhaust manifold
Both o2 sensors are located where the (2-1) pipes meet, just beneath the intake manifold.
