Nurburgring Acomadation!

Hi all im going to ring soon and i normaly stay at edi's place, the hotel by the half way point. However, he is quite expensive. Can any one else reconmend anywhere else and what sort of prices? What price is camping?

Camping @ nurburgring. 2 min drive from main complex. £75 for 5 nights i think. Also no need to book. We just turned up, always room but can be a risk
 
no problem, im sure some other guys can give hotel/chalet advice
 
Tnx matt :) Prob what im going to do :) Save money on where i sleep = more laps round the ring :D
 
I can recommend the Blaue Ecke

Brilliant service and the staff were mega friendly. we stayed in the overflow guest house so was 130Euros for 3 nights. which includes breakfast.

Will be staying there again when i go back

thats expensive in beardys eyes haha

eddies is 135euro for an apartment with garage and breakfast for 3 nights.
Unless you stay in the hotel side which is cheaper.

Yea but u have 2 times that by 2 for me as i have to pay for the girlfriend also! lol
 
saying that...

We were there on a german holiday weekend and the place was HEAVING so the prices may have been bumped up for that i dont know.

nice place though!

Yea ive heard its been really busy there this year. Looks like its prob gonna b camping :) get the old tent out lol! And steve u sud b coming with me :(
 
Camping is the way to go!!! less money accomodation = more laps / food / beer & Merchandise :D

Skintage mate, and no one to split travel costs with.
Even had to knock cadwell park on the head for 18th august. :((
