After our last meet and dyno day, I said I’d keep all those interested up to date with any upcoming reasonably priced track-days. Well Focused events are running a full days open pitlane at Anglesey on Sunday 15th july for £149.

The events open to everyone, but it would be nice to see some fellow Honda enthusiast there.

I think Anglesey is a great track for a novice. It's very easy to master and doesn't have the same pace as many larger circuits due to its slow complex corners. It also seems to draw in more club cars, not ridiculously fast GT and single seaters.

I'm working this weekend otherwise I would of gone. There is another one on the 22nd of September if your interested though £129 Gp track.

Do you just drive down early in the morning or book into a hotel the night before?

Also, can't see the sept one on the focused events site? Is it with someone else?

Sorry, yeah that ones with Javelin Trackdays. You don't usually have to be there until 9 o'clock for signing on, so I usually set off at 7.30. Coming from Warrington tho, you'll have to leave about 7ish

Ah that's not too bad then. Been there before watching some bike track day and it's not too hard to find really.

Are you booking on that one?
