I've had all four Calipers off my EP3 this week, had them all replated and I've rebuilt them all with new seals and pistons, I've also fitted a brand new set of Hel brake lines to the car.
Whilst the calipers were off I didn't clamp the lines I just left their ends dangling into bottles and virtually all the fluid drained out of the system (was time for a change anyway).
I fitted everything yesterday, sucked any remaining fluid out of the M/C reservoir with a syringe and filled it up with some fresh fluid.
I began bleeding the brakes, having a friend pump the pedal whilst I cracked off the bleed nipples, in sequence: RL, RR, FL, FR. I'm now not getting any fluid at all to the rear right brake, I'm pretty sure I was getting a small amount of air out to start with but nothing more than that and now there's absolutely nothing, I've disconnected the flexi hose from the hard line on this corner and there's no fluid there either so it must be further up the system. All 3 other brakes are getting fluid and can be bled as normally, I've tried sucking fluid through from the bleed nipple with a brake syringe with no sign of any fluid. I also have an ABS light on at the moment.
Anybody had this trouble before? From what I can find online it could potentially be air in the abs pump or a stuck proportioning valve but I can't find anyone who's had this specific problem with an EP3 and I don't know where to go next, some stuff I've read suggests faulty master cylinder but I think that's unlikely (hope so anyway!) as that's been functioning fine before and I get pressure to all 3 other brakes.
Anyone got any ideas?
