i dont think anybody on here has doen it but i have seen it done in ca, you need to swap over the gas tank from the rsx/ep when doing the swap, someone on honda-tech did it with an eg, good luck.

I dont think it will be state reff. Swapping out the gas tank is only when going to a k20 swap? Or am i gonna have to do the same when i swap in the b16b on my ej6?

rsx has a weird fuel system there is no return line, this has to be used in order to bar a k20 civic, as far as b16b in your ej, good luck, i dont know anybody who has barred one yet but you should not have to worry about the gas tank thing, thats only for a k20 swap.

By barred you mean emission wise?

barred means the car has passed state inspection and is 100% legal for road use just like any other car, you just have it smoged every 2 years after that like normal.
