Newbie advice please

Hi I have owned quite a few hondas had a few ek vti and Crxs and dc2 and a Jrsc ep3. I am now after a ek9 I just need a few buying tips as I have never bought an import before and I really want to avoid buying an oil burner . I have been looking on piston heads and autotrader and there are alot out there can anyone recommend A good Trader :bow:

Do not touch WRC Sales mate. Piles of rubbish. Just got mine from Rising Sun Imports. Try them.:nice:

what about the traders on here?

Tegiwa and Fastjap cars

If you're going for import, most cars may have come from the auction. So ask for the auction sheet and take it from there!

Other than that, i guess it's like buying any other car! Check the posts on this forum, have read a few myself!

rising sun aint selling the best of cars either,the two white ones they had they bought from central motors in japan who usually sell r grades,cars on that jap site are cheap for a reason.
 
If your wanting to import one, we could do that...or are you looking for one here already? The only one we have in is far from stock.
 
good info, searchin for 1 just now but it can be hard just going by the pics. Don`t wanna drive for hours to find that they ain`t up to scratch :mad: To be honest wrc was one place i was going to swing by but if they ain`t worth it then i won`t bother.

With that mileage I think they would be around £8k, but like I always say, I can charge a fixed fee for a car so it would cost the same if I was buying from auction as it would most importers. The main thing I can offer that others dont or pretend to is a pretty decent inspection at the auction and then a full inspection once its taken to our yard.
We work to budgets given and require 10% of the budget as a deposit.

in the south side of glasgow so any trip down south will be a mission, has to be done though and as i said don`t wanna drive for hours then turns out its a waste of time :( still searchin for the perfect one.

Im in the southside annol mate! I know what you mean it alright lookin at pictures but its a diffrent story when upclose!!!

well dude from SB said could source one with a poss px and thats what i`m after so i hope that comes to somethin :D
