Hey dudes, thinking of getting a civic ek9, but not entirely sure what im looking for. I know they are quick, tunable and the fastest, "old civic" but what am i looking for when buying one? All i know is its a civic ek9. Is that the whole name or are there more letters?

Can someone tell me what year did the 9's with electric windows, air con ect come out? And what does the facelift model mean and when did that come out?

They are optional extra's just like you'd get when buying any new car and were chosen by the person who bought the car from Honda regardless of year, the later models tend to have more in the way of optional extras though and the Rx which is the final 2000 edition had aircon, electric mirrors, remote central locking etc as standard.

Prefacelift is 1997-1998 and facelifts began from 98-2000 iirc, they had different bumpers and slightly altered lights but that's all really, there was no BHP difference like there is on something like the 350z models.
